Leaders are proactive in seeking support from a range of external agencies. They ensure pupils and families receive timely and decisive support. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable about safeguarding.

Our school policy on Safeguarding and Child Protection can be found here.

The Designated Safeguarding Lead is Gavin Englefield; the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead is David Alderson. There are six further Assistant Designated Safeguarding Leads.

The safety and welfare of our students is paramount and full details of our approach to Care, Guidance and Support are found here.  All adults working in the school are aware of their duty to protect children from harm and abuse, promote their welfare and be alert to indications that any student might be at risk of harm or abuse.  They are aware that this could happen to any child and that any concerns need to be referred on.

If you are concerned about the safety or welfare of any pupil in the school, please contact the Designated Safeguarding Lead via the School Office (020 8773 2931).
